Our Story
Dr. Pulikal is double board-certified in pain management and psychiatry, licensed both as a physician and an attorney.
Before graduating from a dual MD and JD program at the University of Iowa, Dr. Pulikal was a certified welder and automotive body specialist.
He trained as a surgical intern at SUNY Upstate and four years in psychiatry at the University of Miami — where he also had a fellowship in interventional pain management with the anesthesia department.
Dr. Pulikal describes himself as a mechanic/physician type of guy, rather than the psychiatrist/attorney type.

Located in Round Rock, Texas, the ATx360 interventional pain management team specializes in comprehensive surgical and non-surgical treatment of head pain, facial pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hand pain, check/upper back pain, mid-back pain, lower back pain, pelvic pain, knee pain, ankle/foot pain, and total body pain.

Are you accepting new patients?
YES! We are accepting new patients!
What do I need to bring with me to a new patient appointment?
Please bring your photo ID, insurane card, as well as a list of your current medication.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
You only need a referral if your insurance is not a PPO plan, and/or you do not have insurance.
Will you accept my insurance?
YES! We accept ALL insurance plans!
What is the self- pay rate?
Our self-pay rate is $150. However, we are willing to work with patients who may be enduring financial challenges.
I don't want to be on any narcotics, but I need something strong for my severe pain. What are my options?
There are a variety of options the doctor can prescribe that are not narcotics.
Does the doctor do injections?
Yes. There are several different types of injections that we preform in the clinic on Wednesdays
Are there any non-medication options available for pain relief?
It depends on the location of the pain,, We can teach you how to do some physical therapy exercises that may help allievate your pain. Patches are another option the doctor can prescribe, in addition to other options.
